Step 1. Heat grill to medium-low
Step 2. Halve and pit peaches
Step 3. Brush both sides with butter or olive oil
Step 4. Place peaches on grill
Step 5. Cover grill and cook until charred and softened about 4 – 5 minutes per side
Once you flip them over, you can sprinkle them with brown sugar, lemon juice, honey or cinnamon. Serve with granola or ice cream or drizzled with orange liqueur.
