Eligibility for Services
To receive our services, you must meet one or more of the following criteria:
Homebound individuals under the age of 60 who are facing life-challenging situations and have no consistent resource for meal preparation.
Homebound individuals under the age of 60 who are recovering from an injury, surgery, or hospitalization and have no consistent resource for meal preparation.
Homebound individuals over the age of 60 in severe medical crisis with extreme dietary restrictions who have no consistent resource for meal preparation.
Dependents (under the age of 12) of a single parent who is a client.
